If there is a conflict between these Terms and an executed agreement, the executed agreement will control.

These Terms govern only your use of the public website and related website interactions, including joining the waitlist, contacting us, requesting information, or exploring a potential relationship with us.

They do not govern client-delivered systems, customer implementations, or other services provided by TA Studios, which may be subject to separate terms, privacy documentation, and service agreements where applicable.

The site is intended only for persons or entities that have reached the age of legal majority and are otherwise able to enter into binding agreements under applicable law. If you do not meet those requirements, do not use the site.

TA Studios reserves the right to change, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the site at any time without notice.

We may also revise these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on the site or by another reasonable means. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

All content made available through the site, including text, graphics, logos, images, compilations, software, and plugins, is the property of TA Studios or its licensors and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You agree to comply with all copyright and proprietary notices appearing on the site and not to alter, remove, obscure, or tamper with any such notices.

Signing up for the waitlist does not guarantee access to Mimir.sh or any products or services offered by TA Studios. We reserve the right to grant or deny access at our sole discretion.

You also agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to the site must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose, or it will be permanently barred.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision will be deemed modified or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
